Happy Earth Day 2017
Shout out to everyone who's cutting out meat one day a week (or more) to help save the planet. Whether it's Meatless Monday, Vegan Before 6, Weekday Vegetarian, or Reducetarian, all of these are making a quantifiable difference in reducing all of the harms that meat causes: land and water pollution, greenhouse gases, animal suffering, negative health outcomes, exploitation of slaughterhouse workers, antibiotic resistance, food insecurity, water scarcity, deforestation, and species extinction. Reducing these harms will go a long way towards making the world a better place.
