Shanghai Bok Choy
Ingredients

medium bunches Bok Choy
4
garlic cloves
1
tbsp vegetable oil
1
tbsp water
1
tbsp Sweet Sunshine Roasted Shallot & Garlic Sauce
1
tbsp lime juice
Fresh
ground pepper to taste
Directions
Cut
up bok choy into bite sized pieces. Add oil to your wok or large frying pan and
add minced garlic until hot. Add bok choy and water and cover to steam for 2 to
3 minutes.
Remove lid and mix in Sweet
Sunshine sauce and lime juice. Grind
pepper over top and serve.
