Better Late than Never

Here it is, Sunday evening, and I am only now getting around to composing this blog post. Not much chance that you'll slip out to the grocery store for last minute ingredients for tomorrow, is there? Just one of those weekends when there was a lot going on, I guess. Family party yesterday and then a trip to the cabane a sucre today (we didn't drive to Quebec, just our local one) means no real quality time with my keyboard and the wifi. Next week will be better.

This week's recipe is a flavourful curry which uses some past vegetables of the week--sweet potato and kale. It is pretty easy to prepare and don't worry about your blood pressure, it is low sodium as always. Enjoy!
